These Terms & Conditions govern all purchases, downloads, and interactions with Tyler Hagen Photography. By accessing, purchasing, or using any services or products, you agree to the following:
1. GENERAL TERMS
Tyler Hagen Photography provides professional photography services, including but not limited to event coverage, digital image downloads, prints, and licensed imagery.
These Terms apply to all clients, customers, and users of this website or Pixieset galleries.
2. PRICING & PAYMENT
All prices are listed in USD
Payment is required in full before digital downloads or prints are delivered
Prices are subject to change without notice
Applicable sales tax may be added where required
3. DIGITAL IMAGE DELIVERY
Digital images are delivered electronically via Pixieset
Download links are provided after payment is completed
Tyler Hagen Photography is not responsible for:
Download issues caused by internet connectivity
User error or device compatibility issues
Lost files after download
Customers are strongly encouraged to back up their files upon receipt.
4. PRINT ORDERS
Print sizes, materials, and finishes are selected at checkout
Print colors may vary slightly due to monitor calibration and printing processes
Tyler Hagen Photography is not responsible for color discrepancies between screens and prints
5. REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Due to the nature of custom photography products:
All digital image sales are final
Prints are non-refundable once ordered
If a print arrives damaged or defective, please contact tylerhagenphotography@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
6. CANCELLATIONS & EVENT COVERAGE
Event coverage agreements are non-refundable once services are rendered
Tyler Hagen Photography is not responsible for missed images due to:
Schedule changes
Venue restrictions
Weather conditions
Equipment failure beyond reasonable control
7. IMAGE QUALITY & STYLE
By purchasing images, you acknowledge that:
You are familiar with Tyler Hagen Photography’s style
Editing, color, and composition are artistic choices and not subject to revision
8. COPYRIGHT & IMAGE USE
All images are subject to the Image Usage & Licensing Agreement.
Use of images outside permitted terms may result in additional fees or legal action.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Tyler Hagen Photography is not liable for:
Loss or damage to digital files after delivery
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Third-party misuse of images shared online
Liability is limited to the amount paid for the purchased product or service.
10. WEBSITE & CONTENT USE
All website content, images, text, and branding are the property of Tyler Hagen Photography and may not be copied or used without written permission.
11. PRIVACY
Customer information is used solely for:
Order fulfillment
Client communication
Business records
Personal information is never sold or shared with third parties.
12. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of North Dakota, United States.
13. CHANGES TO TERMS
